Licensing

UBook has a tiered licencing model, which means you only pay for the number of assets you’ll be publishing and the number of people who’ll be using the system, but you can flex up and down within that tier with no effect on your charges. 

As a fellow NHS organisation, we aren’t driven by profit so our UBook charges are low and regularly undercut those of commercial sector products. 

We don’t give out our prices on this website or over the phone.  If you’re from an NHS organisation and need to know the financials, please contact us and we’ll be pleased to help. 

There are various routes to procurement if you want to take on UBook.  Again, please contact us and we’ll explain. 

Meanwhile, please be reassured that we gladly accept POs, we regularly process payments through SBS and we can invoice you at various frequencies to suit your preference.
