We’re thrilled to unveil three powerful enhancements recently added to the NHS UBook roadmap for future development – each designed to improve flexibility, efficiency, and user experience across the platform:
- Custom advance booking limits for Admins: Organisations will be able to define how far in advance Booking Admins are allowed to make reservations – tailored to their specific operational needs. Whether it’s 1 year or 5, you’ll be in control.
- Multi-resource selection: Creating group bookings will be much easier. Users will be able to select multiple resources directly from a floorplan view or calendar homepage – ideal for coordinating rooms, desks, or equipment in a single step.
- Group check-in made simple: Check in all resources in a group booking with one click. This new feature streamlines the process for teams and clinics managing multiple spaces at once.
